Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but the poorly laid-out spa and high resort fees left a lot to be desired. The location is excellent for easy access to the slopes, but the value for money is questionable due to the lack of amenities during renovations.
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's proximity to the ski lifts was a huge plus, making it easy to hit the slopes. While the rooms were nicely renovated, they felt a bit small for our family, and the service did not quite meet my expectations, especially given the price we paid. Overall, I enjoyed the breakfast options and the spa facilities, but I think they need to address some service shortcomings.
The hotel is a decent choice for a ski vacation, with beautifully renovated rooms and a fun family-friendly atmosphere. However, the experience is dampened by high additional fees and some amenities that were not available during my stay. The convenient location provides easy access to the slopes, making it a solid option for skiers. Just be prepared for some extra costs that can add up quickly.
I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel, which is ideally located just a short walk from the ski lifts. The staff provided attentive service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was beautiful and recently updated, but the dining experience had a few hiccups, particularly with service. Overall, it's an amazing hotel for a ski getaway, but the dining service could be more consistent.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel overall, enjoying the beautiful amenities and modern decor. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature with a variety of options, but I felt the resort fee didn’t quite match up to the offerings. The location was convenient for getting to the slopes, though I did experience some issues with service that could be improved. Despite the few downsides, my experience was enjoyable, and I would consider returning.
