The Hythe, A Luxury Collection Resort, Vail, Vail

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious rooms and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but the poorly laid-out spa and high resort fees left a lot to be desired. The location is excellent for easy access to the slopes, but the value for money is questionable due to the lack of amenities during renovations.

My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel's proximity to the ski lifts was a huge plus, making it easy to hit the slopes. While the rooms were nicely renovated, they felt a bit small for our family, and the service did not quite meet my expectations, especially given the price we paid. Overall, I enjoyed the breakfast options and the spa facilities, but I think they need to address some service shortcomings.
